I.
Accommodation
The provider of accommodation declares that he will provide accommodation in his real estate – Casa Sauris, Localita Malais 82, apartment 6/ 2np, Sauris di Sotto, Italy (hereinafter Casa Sauris) to the customer by providing Casa Sauris including accessories (3 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with a dining area). The customer on the basis of his interest orders this accommodation and agrees to pay the agreed price of accommodation.

Variable symbol is the term of accommodation, for example: 12.6-18.6.2020= 1261862020
Maximum capacity of Casa Sauris: 6 + 1 adult + 1 child in the cot. In case of exceeding the maximum capacity during the stay the provider of accommodation shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement unilaterally, without any financial compensation.
Provided services included in the price: linen and towels, coffee and tea, wifi, parking. Furthermore as per www.casasauris.it.
II.
Price of accommodation
The provider of accommodation and the customer have agreed on the price of accommodation for providing Casa Sauris to accommodation for agreed period of time. Agreed price and period of time as stated in the price offer.
The customer shall pay the price of accommodation in this way:
– deposit in the amount of 30 % of the price of accommodation, within 3 days of signing the agreement,
– remaining price 70 % of the price of accommodation within 30 days before arrival.
The provider of accommodation is entitled to charge the interest on late payments at the contractual rate of 0,1 % of the owed amount for each day of delay. If the deposit is not paid within 3 days after the agreed date, this agreement will be terminated. The provider of accommodation will be entitled to withdraw from the agreement, if the customer is in a delay of payment of the remaining price for more than 3 days.
III.
Cancellation fees
The customer will be entitled to withdraw from the agreement only if he pays the cancellation fee to the provider of accommodation in this agreed amount:
– the customer can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival,
– 30 % of the agreed price of accommodation in case of withdrawal if there are less than 30 days remaining to the start of accommodation,
– 100 % of the agreed price of accommodation in case of withdrawal if there are 6 days or less remaining to the start of accommodation.
The provider of accommodation is entitled to set off both paid deposit and remaining price.
IV.
Other arrangements
The customer is obliged to pay the damage deposit to the abovementioned account within 6 days before arrival in the amount of 200,- EUR to the provider of accommodation to cover
damages caused to provider’s property during accommodation. This amount will be returned to the customer´s account after his departure. The provider of accommodation is entitled to satisfy his claims for damages caused during the accommodation from this amount. In this case will the provider of accommodation return to the customer the amount reduced by these claims for damages.
The customer is obliged to prevent any damages on provider’s property and to prevent any disturbance of public order. In case of violation of public order, especially quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00, the customer shall be obliged to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of 100,- EUR and the provider of accommodation shall be entitled to offset the contractual penalty on the abovementioned deposit.
Casa Sauris serves exclusively for recreational purposes, any other activity (for example business activity) is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this provision the customer shall be obliged to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of 500,- EUR and the provider of accommodation shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement unilaterally. The provider of accommodation shall be entitled to offset the contractual penalty on the abovementioned deposit.
In case of extreme snow conditions, the provider of accommodation cannot guarantee parking directly at the apartment.
On the day of departure is the customer obliged to vacate Casa Sauris and to pass vacated Casa Sauris to provider of accommodation.
